The Founder Clarity Loop
A four-week sprint to turn a vague idea into a sharp, testable bet — without burning runway.

The Founder Clarity Loop
Most early-stage ideas die not from execution but from ambiguity. Founders carry a kaleidoscope of overlapping bets, and every conversation reframes the problem.
The Clarity Loop is a four-week, evidence-driven sprint we use with every Creative Collaboration partner.
Week 1 — Frame
- Write the one-sentence wedge: who hurts, what changes for them, why now.
- Map five non-obvious second-order consequences.
Week 2 — Probe
- Ten conversations with target users, scripted but unsold.
- Capture the language they actually use, not the language you wish they used.
Week 3 — Forge
- Pick a single proof artifact (landing page, prototype, sketch — whichever is cheapest).
- Decide your single success metric in advance.
Week 4 — Decide
- Hold a 60-minute decision meeting against the metric.
- Outcomes: double down, pivot, shelve. No fourth option.
The loop's value isn't the answer; it's compressing the time between an unproven assumption and a directionally-correct decision.
